The room size was good and had plenty of living space. It was easy to find and in a great location. Despite being next to the main road, it was surprisingly quiet. the private garden was a great addition and provided a lovely setting. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. the property owners were friendly and accommodating.

The shower room was a bit cramped. It would have been more convenient to have a washer/dryer, especially for longer stays.

The location was convenient, with Aldeburgh just a 15-minute drive away and a Tesco and Waitrose store close by. Sandra and Steve, the hosts, were very helpful and even allowed us to check-in early. we had a perfect New Year's celebration and would definitely recommend Greenacres for a peaceful getaway.
