The room size was good and had plenty of living space. It was easy to find and in a great location. Despite being next to the main road, it was surprisingly quiet. the private garden was a great addition and provided a lovely setting. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. the property owners were friendly and accommodating.
The shower room was a bit cramped. It would have been more convenient to have a washer/dryer, especially for longer stays.

We had a wonderful stay at Greenacres. The cottage was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The bed was so cozy and we slept like babies. We loved that it was dog-friendly, as we were able to celebrate New Year's Eve with our furry friend, Maisie. The location was convenient, with Aldeburgh just a 15-minute drive away and a Tesco and Waitrose store close by. Sandra and Steve, the hosts, were very helpful and even allowed us to check-in early. we had a perfect New Year's celebration and would definitely recommend Greenacres for a peaceful getaway.

The shower room had everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby seaside towns and Minsmere nature reserve.
The only minor issue we had was that the shower room felt a bit cramped. However, this was a small inconvenience as it was well-equipped with everything we needed.

We loved the well-equipped cottage and the comfortable bed, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. the fact that the cottage is dog-friendly was a huge bonus as we were able to celebrate with our furry friend. the location was also great, easy to find on the A12 and just 15 minutes away from Aldeburgh. Having a big Tesco and Waitrose store just 5 minutes down the road was very convenient. The cottage we stayed in was well-equipped and the bed was really comfortable. We also appreciated that the cottage was dog-friendly, so we were able to bring our furry friend along. The location was convenient, easily accessible from the A12, and just a short drive away from Aldeburgh. There were also big supermarkets nearby, which made it easy to stock up on supplies. The owners were helpful and even let us check in a bit earlier than expected. we had a peaceful and enjoyable stay and would definitely consider returning.
The shower room felt a bit cramped, but it still had everything we needed. it would have been nice if the private garden had a grass area for our dogs, as it was all stone.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to Suffolk villages and a lovely little village nearby. the patio garden is a great feature, perfect for enjoying lunch or letting the dog relax in the sun. the beds are super comfortable and the cottages are well-equipped, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The shower room/toilet could have been larger, which might be a bit inconvenient for two people.

We had a cozy and comfortable stay at this hotel. The holiday let was beautiful and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect for us as birdwatchers, as we were close to Minsmere. We enjoyed exploring the nearby areas and the hosts provided us with great recommendations for dog-friendly beaches and restaurants. We also appreciated the availability of hand gel and wipes in the property.
That there was no dishwasher in the kitchen, which meant we had to do a lot of washing up after meals. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall enjoyable experience we had at this hotel.
